Tips and Hints: Sending albums to friends

If your friends have PhotoRecord, you can send them your albums via e-mail or on disk. It is recommended to compress your album to a smaller, more portable file size, especially if you have many images. Please remember that your recipient must then have the necessary software to decompress the files. Note also, that you need to send both album and image files.

On a floppy disk or CD:

1.	Save your album in the folder where all your image files are kept.
2.	Copy this folder to a floppy disk or CD (having used file compression software if necessary).

Via e-mail:

1.	Save your album in the folder where all your image files are kept.
2.	Now compress all these files.
3.	In your e-mail application, open a new letter and attach the compressed file. It’s now ready to send!
