Adding file names & dates

Putting the file name of the photo into a caption
If you have Canon ZoomBrowser EX, change the Preferences in ZoomBrowser EX so that ZoomBrowser EX will send the photos to PhotoRecord with their file names or file dates already in the caption. (You cannot do this directly from PhotoRecord.)

Printing captions or date and time with your photos
PhotoRecord, when used in conjunction with Canon's ZoomBrowser EX, allows you to print captions as well as the date and time a photo was taken.

1. Close PhotoRecord

2. Start ZoomBrowser EX, and select your photos

3. Select the Print task, then Layout Print.

4. Select the type of captions you want.

5. Select Open Layout Print... which will start PhotoRecord from within ZoomBrowser EX.

Now your selected photos will appear in PhotoRecord with the caption type and information requested. (Please see the ZoomBrowser EX Help for information on setting or changing captions and comments on photos).
