PhotoRecord's Decorative Effects
allows you to create eye-catching
decorative images to use as page
backgrounds using PhotoRecord's
pre-designed effects or clipart.

Creating a Decorative Effects background

	Select the Decorate Albums task and choose the Backgrounds icon.
	Scroll down through the categories to Decorative Effects and select a background. You can either use this as it is, or click Change to create your own effects.
	Change colors and/or play with the effect settings to create your own decorative background. Use your imagination and artistic flair!
